If you have enabled the auto-renewal feature at the time of purchase, your current plan will automatically renew for the next 30-day cycle upon expiration, with no manual action required.
You can log into your account, go to “My Line” select the corresponding SIM card to view its details, and then manually renew or change your plan. Please note that purchased plans are non-refundable. If you do not wish to continue using the service, you do not need to actively cancel it. Service will automatically stop if the plan is not renewed upon expiration.
Currently, you cannot purchase multiple different plans simultaneously. However, you can select one plan and purchase it for multiple months in one transaction.
You can choose to manually renew your plan or set up auto-renewal in advance (by linking a bank card or authorizing payment from your account balance). We recommend keeping your account balance sufficient and topping up promptly to avoid any interruption in service.
If you change your plan in your account today, the new plan will take effect and auto-renew at the start of your next billing cycle, after your current plan is fully used. The charge for the new plan will be applied at the time you confirm the plan change.
