If you have auto-renewal enabled at checkout, your plan will automatically renew for another 30 days when your current cycle ends. You don't need to take any action.
Yes, you can manage your plan anytime. Log in to your account, go to "My Line"; and select your SIM card to view details and manually renew or change your plan.
Please note that all plan purchases are non-refundable. If you simply do not wish to continue service, there is no need to cancel. The service will automatically stop when your current plan expires if you choose not to renew.
While you cannot purchase multiple different plans in a single transaction, you can select one plan and purchase it for multiple months at once.
You can manually purchase a new plan or an add-on data pack anytime through your account. To avoid interruptions, we recommend enabling auto-renewal and keeping a sufficient account balance. You'll stay connected seamlessly.
The charge for the new plan will be applied immediately at the time you confirm the change. The new plan will not go into effect until your current plan expires at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated fees apply.
